Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Order Cancellation

Priority + Insured Shipping

Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier confirms that the shipment is lost, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund.
We are is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. Customers must ensure that their billing and shipping information is correct before placing an order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to the sender, the order may be refunded excluding the original shipping and handling costs, as those costs have already been paid to the shipping carrier.
